Owner-Client Score Improvement
Blakeman conducts gap analysis to help you identify places in your account that could be improved. For example, if you lack a specific training program, procedure, or documentation, we may be able to provide that — thereby improving your score and potentially increasing your grade. Some negative scores are unchangeable, but wherever there is a chance of improvement, we can help you develop an action plan.
In the event you have a score that only time will change, Blakeman can help create a mitigation plan to submit to your Owner/Client. These mitigation plans demonstrate your acknowledgement of the problem, your plan to fix the issue, and your strategy to prevent future incidents. Mitigation plans are an effective tool to continue working for your Owner/Client despite a negative ISN® score.
ISNetworld’s® Owner/Clients may require TRAVS®, SafeLandUSA, or SafeGulf training for account compliance.
